Our History

2016

The foundation

APSA Italia was founded and began its operations in a joint venture with one of the main companies in the sector already active in the country.

2016–2023

Growth and development

The early years saw the introduction of the group's core activities and the start of distribution of additives, ingredients, and services for the feed and livestock market.

December 2023

Complete acquisition

Pintaluba Group acquires all shares of APSA Italia Srl, becoming its sole shareholder. Italy becomes a domestic market for the Group.

2024–2025

New headquarters and team

APSA Italia's facility is opened in Ferrara. The Group invests in people, creating a technical-commercial team capable of offering the entire portfolio of solutions to the Italian market.
